General sales conditions

The rented premises shall only be used as a holiday residence to the exclusion of any professional activity.
The tenant shall enjoy the rented premises, equipment and furnishings with due diligence. He acknowledges to have read the description of the premises as specified by the decree of May 16th, 1967, appended to this document.

1/ RESERVATION

A reservation will only be definitive after having accepted the conditions and with the advance payment (except special payment conditions agreement).

2/ PRICE AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

The prices include heating, water and electricity.
A guarantee deposit is requested to guarantee the return of the premises, equipment, and furnishings in good condition. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building.
Any complaints concerning the rented premises and the inventory must be made to the Residence within 24 hours after receiving the keys.
The tenant shall be bound to:
– Pay for all the missing or damaged objects at the replacement price.
– Pay for cleaning bedding and towels (if necessary) and the price for any repairs required to the premises (walls, ceilings, paintwork, etc.)
– Leave the premises tidied, the cost of any necessary extra cleaning being deducted from the guarantee deposit. If the costs exceed the amount of the guarantee deposit, the tenant undertakes to pay the balance.

3/ EQUIPMENT IN THE FURNISHED ACCOMMODATION

The furnished accommodation is equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking and tableware in sufficient quantity for the maximum number of persons indicated in this contract.

4/ OCCUPANCY

The tenant shall not lend or sub-let the premises to third parts, even free of charge, without the Residence’s agreement. The tenant undertakes to respect the co-ownership regulations.
The furnished accommodation shall not, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER, be occupied by a number of people exceeding of which specified on the contract, excluding children under 2 years old. Failing this, the contract can be terminated immediately without any deduction of the initial price. The Residence reserves itself the right to visit the rented premises during the rental period, in particular if the premises are put up for sale. Pets are not allowed.

5/ INSURANCE

The Residence declines all responsibility in the case of theft, burglary and risks incurred by the tenant’s objects in the case of incident. The tenant’s insurance shall not exercise any recourse against the Residence or his representative in the case of incident. The tenant is bound to take out an insurance policy covering the risks of tenancy and any incident that could be ascribable to him.

6/ CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation at least 8 weeks before the date specified for occupancy of the premises, the prepayment shall be refunded to the tenant, minus an administration fee of 50€. In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks before the date specified for occupancy of the premises, the prepayment shall be kept by the Residence. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the date specified for occupancy of the premises, the total amount shall be kept by the Residence.
A COVID-19 cancellation policy will apply to all bookings affected by Coronavirus- related events, such as border closures or travel limitations enforced by authorities, as well as closure of the ski area. In any of these cases you are entitled to a refund. This policy does not apply where action or advice imposes restrictions, such as a need to quarantine after returning home from your travel, but still permits the contract to take place.

7/ PAYMENT

A prepayment of 30% of the rental price is payable within 8 days of the contract date, 70% of the rental price is payable 30 days before the date specified for occupancy of the premises (except special payment conditions agreement). The guarantee deposit (1000€: 3- bedroom and up, 700€: 2- bedroom, 500€: 1- bedroom and 300€: studio) in cash or pre- authorization is payable on arrival, when the keys are handed over.

8/ TOURIST TAX

By express agreement, the tenant undertakes to pay the Residence, during his stay, the tourist tax (2,64€ per night, per person 18+) applicable in the commune of Les Belleville, in addition to the remaining balance due.

9/ ATTRIBUTION OF COMPETENCE

For the execution of this contract, the undersigned parties elect domicile in the Residence’s offices and agree that, in the case of dispute, the competent court shall be the one with jurisdiction for the place where the rented premises are located.

10/ CHECK IN/ KEYS

The check in on Saturday will be at the reception of the Residence from 5pm, check out will be Saturday at 10am.

11/ FACILITIES

Reception, elevator, car park (85€/week, please book), ski room: direct access to the ski slopes, private ski lockers with ski boot dryer, free WIFI in the rooms.

12/ SERVICES

Bed linen included, bath towels included (towel change once a week, on request), beds made on arrival, ski passes available on arrival (on request), free sauna access on request, free children’s cot and high chair on request, end of stay cleaning included (excl. kitchen), PETS NOT ALLOWED.
